Regulatory Bundles and Address Bundles for Sub-Accounts
What bundles are
Some numbers need verified identity, address or regulatory information before they can be bought or used.
- Address bundles store identity and physical address details.
- Regulatory bundles collect the country-specific documents and details a regulator requires.
A regulatory bundle is not required for standard US or Canada number purchases. Other countries vary by number type and use.
When you need one
If you try to buy a number that needs a bundle, you'll be prompted to select or create one. Australia, the UK and many European countries commonly require them.
Create a bundle
- Go to Settings → Phone System.
- Open Regulatory Bundles (or Addresses for an address bundle).
- Click Create, then choose the country, number type and whether it's for an individual or business.
- Enter the details and upload the requested documents.
- Submit for review.
Track status
Bundles show statuses such as Draft, Pending review, Approved and Rejected. If one is rejected, read the reason, fix it and resubmit.
Tips
- Addresses must be physical (no PO boxes) and match your documents exactly.
- Upload clear, complete documents.
- Reuse approved bundles for more numbers in the same country and type.
