What Reviewers Check During RCS Sender Registration

RCS sender registration is reviewed in two stages.

1. Initial review

Your application is first checked for completeness, accuracy and compliance:
  • Business and brand verification: the legal name, website and logo match and represent a real business.
  • Brand assets: logo and banner meet size and quality guidelines; brand color and description are filled in.
  • Contact details: working website, email and phone for the business.
  • Use case: clearly described, with realistic sample messages.
  • Opt-in and opt-out: where consent happens is public and verifiable, and opting out is explained.
  • Privacy Policy and Terms: public and linked.
If something is missing, you'll be asked to update the application.

2. Carrier review

Carriers and verification partners then validate the brand, use case and consent. Some countries add their own review.

Tips to pass

  • Use the same business name everywhere.
  • Make sure your website is live and secure.
  • Provide high-quality brand images.
  • Write sample messages that match your use case.
