Set Up a Review Link for Review Requests
Every review request needs a review link so customers know where to leave a review.
Set the default link
- Go to Reputation > Settings.
- Find the Review Link section.
- Choose the platform you want reviews on, such as Google or Facebook, or enter a custom link.
- Save.
This link is used in every review request sent by SMS or email.
Add the link to an email button
- In Reputation > Settings, open Email Review Requests.
- Open the email builder and add a Button.
- Set the button link to your review link.
- Save the template.
You can't send a review request until a review link is set.
