Create a Review QR Code
A review QR code lets customers scan with their phone and land right on your review page. It's great for counters, receipts, and tables.
Create the QR code
- Go to Reputation > Settings > Reviews QR.
- Choose the review page the code should open.
- Click Create QR Code.
Customize it
- Add your logo or an image in the center.
- Change the text shown with the code, such as "Loved your visit? Scan to leave a review."
- Test it with a few different phones to make sure it still scans after your changes.
Display it
Download the code and put it where customers will see it:
- At checkout or the front desk
- On receipts, invoices, and packaging
- On table tents and business cards
- In your email signature
Track results
Watch scans and new reviews in your reputation overview. If scans are low, move the code somewhere more visible or make the call to action clearer.
