Reviews AI Drip Mode
Drip Mode is a Reviews AI campaign that replies to older reviews that never got a response. Instead of posting every reply at once, it spreads them out over time so your replies look natural.
How it picks reviews
- Only reply to reviews older than: the minimum age a review must be.
- Unreplied reviews: only reviews without a reply are included.
- Review date range (optional): limit the campaign to reviews from a certain period.
How it schedules replies
- Frequency: how often the campaign runs.
- Replies per day: the most replies it posts in one day.
- Time window: the hours when replies can be posted.
Before you start
- Connect your review platforms, such as your Google Business Profile.
- Set up Reviews AI with the tone and instructions you want.
Set up a campaign
- Go to Reputation > Reviews AI.
- Create a new campaign and choose Drip Mode.
- Set the review age, optional date range, frequency, replies per day, and time window.
- Review the settings and start the campaign.
Monitor it
The campaign page shows how many reviews are queued, replied, and left. You can pause, edit, or stop it any time.
Tips
- Start with a small number of replies per day.
- Read the first few AI replies and adjust your instructions if needed.
- New reviews should still go through your normal Reviews AI settings. Drip Mode is for the backlog.
