Create an Embedded Voice AI Chat Widget
You can embed the Voice AI chat widget inside your website or funnel content, instead of only showing it as a floating bubble. Embedded widgets become part of your page layout.
It works on funnels, websites, landing pages, custom HTML sites, and other pages where chat widgets work. It resizes for mobile automatically.
Set it up
- Go to Sites > Chat Widget and click + New, or open an existing widget.
- Choose Voice AI.
- On the Style tab, set Widget Placement to Embedded / Inline.
- On the Chat Window tab, edit the Button Text under the avatar, for example "Talk to our AI" or "Ask a Question".
- Optional: open Additional Options to change the business name or compliance footer.
- Click Get Code in the top-right and copy the code.
Add it to a funnel
- Go to Sites > Funnels and open the page.
- Click Edit Page.
- Under Quick Add > Custom, drag a Code element onto the page.
- Click Open Code Editor and paste the code.
- Save and publish.
For a website, add a code block where you want the widget and paste the code.
Good to know
- You can add several embedded widgets to one site, all linked to the same Voice AI agent.
- You can mix embedded and floating widgets on different pages.
