Create an Affiliate Campaign

Affiliate Manager is included on the Unlimited and Plus plans. An affiliate campaign defines what affiliates promote, where their links send people and how much they earn.

Step 1: Create a campaign

Go to Marketing → Affiliate Manager → Campaigns and click + Add.

Step 2: Choose the source

Pick where your products or lead capture live: a funnel, website, store, external website, form, survey or calendar.
  • Funnels, websites and stores support product sales.
  • Forms, surveys and calendars let you reward affiliates for leads.

Step 3: Configure the source

Select the specific funnel, site or store and the landing page affiliates should send people to. Tracking covers the whole source, not just the landing page.

Step 4: Review your products

Check the list of products included in the campaign.

Step 5: Set the default commission

  • Flat fee: a fixed amount per sale
  • Percentage: a percentage of the product price

Step 6: Product-level commissions (optional)

Set different commissions for specific products.

Steps 7–8: Multi-tier commissions (optional)

Open Advanced Commissions, turn on Multi-Tier Commissions and set a rate for each tier (up to seven).

Step 9: Add a description (optional)

Explain the program to your affiliates.

Step 10: Assign affiliates

Add existing affiliates to the campaign.

Step 11: Additional settings

  • Email templates for affiliate onboarding
  • Cookie duration: how long a referral is tracked
  • Payout terms for the campaign
  • Setup fees: whether they count toward commissions
  • Sub-affiliate signups
  • Auto-enroll new customers as sub-affiliates

Step 12: Publish or save as draft

Click Publish to activate the campaign, or Save as Draft to finish later.

Changing the source later

Changing a campaign's source changes the affiliate referral URL. The old URL stops tracking, and only the new one works. Your other settings and past results stay the same. Let your affiliates know so they can update their links.
