Email Statistics Overview

Email statistics show how people interact with your emails, whether you sent them as a campaign, from a workflow or as a bulk action.

Email marketing statistics

Go to Marketing → Emails → Statistics for your campaign results:
  • Engagement Summary: a graph of delivery, engagement and conversions
  • Performance Analysis: trends over time for delivery rate, bounce rate, unsubscribes and spam complaints
  • Top Performing Emails: your best emails ranked by open or click rate

Workflow email statistics

Workflow email results also appear in email marketing. Go to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns → Workflow Campaigns to see them next to your campaigns.
  • Click Statistics to see the workflow's overall results, and use the dropdown to see each email action.
  • Click Edit Workflow to open it in the builder.
You can also check one email step from inside the workflow:
  1. Go to Automation > Workflows and open a workflow.
  2. Select an Email action.
  3. Click Statistics in the right-hand panel.
You'll see delivered, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, unsubscribed, complained, accepted and rejected.

Bulk email statistics

For one-time bulk sends, go to Contacts > Bulk Actions and find the send. You'll see total attempts, delivered, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed.
