Read the Email Statistics Summary Page

The Summary page gives you an at-a-glance view of how a sent campaign performed, plus contact-level details.

Open the Summary page

  1. Go to Marketing → Emails and open the Campaigns tab.
  2. Find your sent campaign.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to it and select Statistics.
  4. In the side panel, click Load More Statistics.
  5. Select the Summary tab.
Statistics only appear after a campaign is sent.

Summary metrics

| Metric | How it's calculated | What to look for | | --- | --- | --- | | Delivered | Delivered ÷ total sent | 90% or higher suggests a healthy list and sender reputation | | Opened | Unique opens ÷ delivered | Shows how well your subject line and sender name work | | Clicked | Unique clicks ÷ delivered | Shows how engaging your content and calls to action are | | Conversion | Conversions ÷ delivered | Shows sales or sign-ups from the email, if tracked | | Unsubscribed | Unsubscribes ÷ delivered | Under 1% is normal |
  • Soft Bounced: temporarily undeliverable, such as a full inbox. These may succeed later.
  • Hard Bounced: permanently undeliverable, such as an invalid address. Keep this under 2% by cleaning your list.
  • Skipped: not sent to a contact, for example because they have DND turned on or because of a sending issue.
  • Spam: recipients who reported the email as spam.

Engagement Analysis chart

The chart shows delivered (green), opened (blue) and clicked (orange) over the date range you pick. Peaks show when your audience engages most.

Conversion summary

If you track purchases, you'll see Revenue, Revenue per Recipient and a chart of orders over time. Without revenue tracking, these show $0.

Details tab

See exactly who did what. Tabs include Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Ordered, Replied, Hard Bounced, Soft Bounced, Complained, Unsubscribed, Skipped and Failed. Each lists the contact's name, email, status and last update. You can export any tab as a CSV.
