Use the Email Statistics Dashboard
The Email Statistics dashboard brings results from email campaigns, workflow emails and bulk sends together in one view. Find it under Marketing → Emails → Statistics. There's nothing to set up.
Filter by source
Use the source dropdown at the top left:

Read the dashboard
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Statistics.
- Choose a source and a date range.
- Review Engagement Summary for the big picture.
- Scroll to Performance Analysis for trends over time.
- Check Top Performing Emails to see which sends did best.
Most numbers update in near real time. Recent activity can take a few minutes to appear.
In Top Performing Emails, each workflow email action is listed separately, so one workflow can appear several times.
Started from a bulk send? Open its statistics under Contacts > Bulk Actions and click Load More Stats to jump to this dashboard.
Sample data
If you don't have enough email activity yet, you may see Try Sample Data. Click it to preview the dashboard. A notice tells you when sample data is showing. It's demonstration data, not your real results.
Export to CSV
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Statistics.
- Choose the campaign type and date range.
- Click Export.
- Enter the email addresses that should receive the file and click Export.
- Open the email and download the CSV.

Exports include deliveries, opens and clicks. Recent Exports lists your exports from the last 30 days, with the type, who requested it, when and its status.
Troubleshooting
- Activity missing: check how the email was sent, then pick the matching source and date range.
- A workflow shows several times: that's expected. Each email action is counted on its own.
- Recent opens or clicks missing: wait a few minutes.
- You see demonstration values: sample data is turned on.
